We run our brunch menu from the moment we open. It covers all bases from porridge or a fry up, to avocado on toast. We’ve also got a Fledglings section for the kids. We have vegetarian and vegan options, as well as gluten free bread to make most of our dishes coeliac friendly.
Our pizza dough is all made in house using Italian Caputo pizza flour and cold proved for 24-48 hours for optimum flavour and texture. We also use authentic San Marzano DOP tomatoes as the base for our pizza sauce. Each dough ball is hand stretched to order before being baked in our Italian pizza oven for that thin Neapolitan style. They may not always be round, but they are gorgeous! All pizzas are available as a half doughball size for kids or those that want a lighter meal. We also have home made gluten free pizza bases and vegan cheese.
Poutine is the original Canadian beer food. Ours has that Yorkshire twist as we combine Yorkshire cheese curds with hand cut chips, all topped off with beef gravy. We even do a veggie gravy version so no one has to miss out on the treat!
Our suppliers are local where ever possible. We take eggs from Ian Taylor in Burton Leonard, our meat from Sykes House Farm of Wetherby, while Manna Bakery of Harrogate supply all our sourdough and bloomer.
