On coffee we’ve chosen to partner up with Dark Woods, a renowned Yorkshire roastery near Marsden. We share their stance on ethical coffee buying and we use their award winning medium roast Under Milk Wood on our La Marzocco Linea for all our espresso based drinks. We also serve an ever changing selection of up to 3 guest single origin coffees on V60 pour over. We aim to have a range of flavour profiles and styles of coffee on at any one time. For all our filter coffees and our decaffeinated espresso, we grind to order on our Mahlkonig EK43 to preserve as much freshness as possible.
